Default 6.4L cam in a 5.7L

Can it be done? I wouldnt mind putting a R/T stall, 6.4L cam, 3.92's, Headers and a tune later when my warranty expires

Should be possible. Specs are intake opens(btdc) at 36, closes(atdc) at 250, and duration is 286. Exhaust opens(btdc) at 278, closes(atdc) at 10, and duration is 288. Valve overlap is 46. All degrees. Valve Lift (@ Zero Lash) is
Intake 14.65 mm 0.577 in. Exhaust 13.65 mm 0.537 in. this is at the valve.......

6.1 intake opens(btdc) at 15, closes(atdc) at 268, and duration is 283. Exhaust opens(btdc) at 251, closes(atdc) at 35, and duration is 286. Valve overlap is 50. All degrees

Guy on ramforumz(sprintertech) is thinking of doing the same thing

Yes it will fit, but the 6.4 has valve reliefs in the pistons. Without those, I imagine piston contact would occur in the 5.7 using that cam.
