Never. Low boost at 5# it runs like a raped ape and is dead quiet. It's too bad the stock IAT sensor takes like 5 minutes to react. I'm sure the truck would be more responsive if the sensor was as quick as my Fluke meter is. I might have to try and graph it's resistance for normal temperatures and replace it with something better. It does, however, react instantly to being sprayed with methanol.

Mine changes with a second or less when monitoring with diablo. It will be 10 to 15 higher if I remember correctly than would go down to ambient temp when I floor it.

What year is your truck? I wonder if the sensor is the same p/n.
